Leo is an operational lead for Force Pile Driving. He is the primary point of contact for FORCE"s major projects and is instrumental to ensuring that all business operation processes are aligned.
Based in Red Deer, Alberta, Force Pile Driving is a full-service pile driving company servicing all of western Canada and into the US.

Ken Davies is a 20 year HSE professional who has worked locally and overseas. Ken is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), a designated Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), and holds diplomas in Environmental Science Technology and Alberta Environmental Source Monitoring. Ken has worked with a variety of organizations worldwide successfully fulfilling the roles of both client and prime contractor representative. He has also managed large teams of safety professionals for direct craft constructors in a union and non-union environment. His experiences in the Middle East have taught him the ability to find common ground on diverse subjects to implement the tools that will affect change within the workplace.
Troy possesses 25 years of experience in industrial and commercial construction in the oil and gas sector. Troy joined Force Pile Driving in October 2010 as a Senior Estimator and then assumed the role of General Manager.

Using trailers, trombones and wheelers, we facilitate pipe hauling and equipment moving anywhere across western Canada, including remote off road locations.
We specialize in design engineering. By incorporating loading information in combination with Geo Technical data, Force Pile Driving is capable of designing custom foundations for any type of project.
By analyzing and integrating existing engineering information, we are able to verify or, in some cases, increase the efficiency of each project design, therefore saving capital for our customers.
Force Pile Driving has the know-how and experience required to conduct complete surveying for all types of projects - from commercial to heavy industrial jobs.
In conducting both PDA and Static Load Testing, Force Pile Driving uses the most technologically advanced PDA testing available in the market today. This technology includes remote viewing, which is the most efficient use of in-house engineering possible and produces expatiated results.

Force Pile Driving efficiently and safely completes pile driving jobs of all sizes. In each case, we get the job done right.
This is a one to two day job and we will arrive promptly to complete the project within this time frame. Examples of this type of project include Pump Jacks, Separator Buildings, High Lines, Tank Farms and D-Highs.
These jobs will generally take from one week to one month to complete. Force Pile Driving provides transportation of all equipment, materials and manpower and assigns a Project Manager, Supervisor, Operator and Swamper to each project location for the duration of the project. Examples of this type of job include Bridge Work, Warehouses and SAGD (Steam Assisted Gravity Drain) Expansions.
These types of jobs include transportation of all equipment, materials and manpower by Force Pile Driving. In addition, a complete pile driving team is assigned to each location. Examples of large projects include Start Ups for SAGD Facility Camps, Pipelines and Gas Plant Terminals.
Under an extremely tight timeline, Force Pile Driving completed 2,000 piles in under 5 weeks by working 24-hours a day and running three crews. Each 24-inch pile was required to be spliced such that each was greater than 20 meters in length. Cutting, capping and surveying were all also a part of this time-sensitive project.

Adherence to specifications is a core function of our construction planning and integral to the success of a Force Pile project. From the pre-planning phase forward our customers can see the attention to detail and professional care given to each project. Force Pile knows that field work must be supported by accurately and timely produced turnover documents to support engineering requirements. Accurate piling reporting is assured through an extensive auditing process.
If required, piles can also be monitored using Pile Dynamic Analysis along with the supporting engineering to ensure capacities are met. Force Pile produced industry leading turnover documents that can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements as needed. Force Pile believes each successful piling project is supported by judicious QA/QC documentation to verify our end product.
